Greek Yogurt Berry Smoothie

A cold blended American breakfast drink built on thick full-fat Greek yogurt, mixed frozen berries, banana and a splash of whole milk. Honey adds sweetness and a spoon of chia seeds thickens the pour. Blended smooth and served in a tall glass over the residual chill of frozen fruit.

3
Finish Add the chia seeds, pulse 5 seconds to disperse, then let the smoothie stand 2 minutes so the chia hydrates and thickens.
4
