Prep Chill 2 tall glasses in the freezer 5 minutes. Set aside 2 whole cookies for garnish. Coarsely crumble 2 cookies by hand for texture.

Build Add 6 scoops vanilla ice cream, 240ml (1 cup) chilled whole milk, 8 cookies, and 0.5 tsp vanilla extract to a blender.

Blend on high 20-30 seconds until thick and smooth but spoon-pourable. Pulse in the crumbled cookies 2-3 times, keeping visible chunks.

Pour into the 2 chilled glasses, stopping 3cm from the rim in each. Pipe 3 tbsp whipped cream on top of each milkshake, drizzle 1 tsp chocolate sauce over each.

Crown each with a reserved whole cookie stood upright in the cream. Serve immediately with thick straws and long spoons.
