Argentine beef sirloin steak seared to a deep crust, coated with a toasted Egyptian dukkah of hazelnuts, sesame, coriander, and cumin. Rested and sliced, then dressed with a bright parsley-garlic chimichurri sharpened by red wine vinegar and finished with oregano heat.
