Prep Dice the chicken, bacon, and potato. Chop the onion and crush the garlic ready to build the smoky stew.

Sear Brown the chicken and bacon in oil over medium-high heat 6 minutes, then soften the onion and garlic 2 minutes.

Simmer Add tomato, potato, stock, barbecue sauce, and paprika. Simmer over low heat 25 minutes until the potato is just tender.

Finish Stir in the corn and lima beans. Simmer over low heat 8 minutes until the beans are tender and the stew thickens.
