Remove the husk and silk from the corn and pat the ear dry with a towel so it chars cleanly.

Grill
Place the corn on a grill over medium-high heat, turning every 2 to 3 minutes for 10 to 12 minutes until kernels are golden with dark charred spots.

Glaze
Brush the olive oil over the hot corn on the grill and cook 1 more minute over medium-high heat until the oil coats and the kernels sizzle.

Plate
Dust the ear with smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt, scatter chopped cilantro, set with lime wedges, and squeeze the lime over before eating.
