Grilled Lamb Burger

Prep
Combine ground lamb with minced garlic, ground cumin, half the mint, salt, and pepper, then form one dimpled patty about 1cm thick.

Whisk
Whisk greek yogurt, lemon juice, and remaining mint until smooth and pourable, then set the mint yogurt sauce aside.

Grill
Brush the patty with olive oil and grill over high heat 3 to 4 minutes per side until dark char forms and center reaches 63C.

Move patty to a plate and rest 5 minutes so juices settle.

Toast the halved brioche bun, spread mint yogurt on the base, add patty, feta, tomato, and red onion, then cap and serve warm.
