Chicken Caesar Wrap

Grilled chicken breast sliced and tossed with romaine, Caesar dressing, and shaved Parmesan, rolled in a flour tortilla. Crisp lettuce, garlic and anchovy notes from the dressing, and a squeeze of lemon carry the wrap, finished with black pepper and croutons for crunch.

Prep Pat the chicken breast dry, rub with the olive oil, and season both sides with the salt and black pepper.

Grill Cook the chicken on a hot grill pan over medium-high heat for 5 to 6 minutes per side until well marked and juices run clear, then rest 3 minutes and slice into thin strips.

Toss In a bowl combine the shredded romaine, Caesar dressing, and half the Parmesan until every leaf is lightly coated and glossy.

Build Lay the flour tortilla flat, pile the dressed romaine across the centre, top with chicken, croutons, remaining Parmesan, and a squeeze of lemon, then roll tightly.

Plate Cut the wrap in half on a slight diagonal and set on a plate cut-side up to show the filling.
