Prep Combine the ground lamb, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper in a bowl, then form one patty slightly wider than the brioche bun.

Chill Set the patty on a plate and refrigerate for 5 minutes to hold shape.

Mix Stir the Greek yogurt with grated cucumber in a small bowl until the sauce is evenly loose and pale green, about one minute.

Grill Cook the patty on a medium-high grill for about 4 minutes per side until well charred and the centre reaches 145F for medium.

Plate Toast the oiled brioche, spread cucumber-yogurt sauce on the base, add lettuce, patty, crumbled feta, tomato, and onion, then cap and serve warm.
