Prep
Bring the water to a boil with Old Bay, bay leaves, and half the cayenne (1 tbsp). Halve the corn cobs and crush the garlic.

Boil
Add the potatoes and boil over high heat 12 minutes, then add corn and crawfish and boil 5 minutes until bright red.

Reduce
Melt the butter with garlic and remaining cayenne (1 tbsp) over low heat 3 minutes until fragrant. Squeeze in half a lemon.

Plate
Drain and tip everything onto a tray. Pour over the spiced butter and serve with lemon wedges.
