Prep Pat the pork hot dogs dry with paper towel, finely chop the onion on a board, and keep the sauerkraut drained in a bowl.

Grill Lay the pork hot dogs on a grill over medium heat and turn every 2 minutes for 6 to 8 minutes total, until char marks form and skins blister.
