Prep

Roughly chop 50g raw almonds. Quarter 4 medium fresh figs. Measure 20g chia seeds, 30g honey, and 0.5 tsp vanilla extract. Have 450g Greek yogurt ready.

Toast

Heat a dry pan over medium heat. Add chopped almonds, toast 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fragrant and lightly golden. Tip onto a plate to cool completely.

Build

Divide Greek yogurt between two bowls and stir 0.25 tsp vanilla extract into each bowl until smooth and combined.

Plate

Arrange fig quarters on top of each bowl cut-side up in a loose cluster. Sprinkle toasted almonds and chia seeds across both bowls. Drizzle honey generously over each bowl and serve immediately.
