Instructions

1
Prep If using saffron, crush threads between fingers and steep in 2 tbsp warm milk 2 minutes. Dice 500g fresh ripe mango. Measure 400g Greek yogurt, 400ml milk, 30g chia seeds, 20g flaxseed, 1 tsp cardamom, 0.5 tsp lime zest, and 8 ice cubes.
2
Blend Add mango, yogurt, milk, chia seeds, flaxseed, cardamom, lime zest, saffron with soaking milk, and ice cubes to blender. Blend on high speed 60–90 seconds until completely smooth and frothy with no visible chunks.
3
Finish Check consistency; if too thick, add a splash more milk and blend 10 seconds until pourable and uniform texture throughout.
4
Plate Pour into two tall glasses and serve immediately.
