Instructions

1
Prep Zest 2 of the limes and juice them into a measuring spoon (about 2 tbsp total). Measure out 300g raspberries, 700ml kefir, 40g chia seeds, 30g ground flaxseed, and vanilla extract. Gather 8–10 ice cubes if using fresh raspberries.
2
Blend Divide ingredients between two blenders or blend in two batches. For each batch, add 150g raspberries, 350ml kefir, 20g chia seeds, 15g ground flaxseed, half the lime zest, 1 tbsp lime juice, 0.5 tsp vanilla, and 4–5 ice cubes to the blender. Blend on high speed 60–90 seconds until completely smooth and frothy, with no visible seed fragments remaining.
3
Finish Check consistency of each smoothie; if too thick, add a splash of kefir and blend 10 seconds more until pourable. Pour each into a tall glass and serve immediately.
