Mushroom Swiss Burger

A single ground beef patty griddled and topped with butter-sauteed cremini mushrooms and a slice of melting Swiss cheese, stacked on a toasted brioche bun with mayonnaise. The mushrooms cook down with thyme for a savoury, earthy layer against the seared, crusted beef.
