Mushroom Swiss Burger (Keto)

A keto mushroom Swiss burger built from a seared beef patty topped with butter-sauteed mushrooms and melted Swiss cheese. Garlic, thyme and black pepper season the meat and mushrooms. Served wrapped in crisp lettuce leaves with a smear of mayonnaise instead of a bun for a low-carb plate.
