Oklahoma Onion Burger (Keto)

A keto Oklahoma onion burger of seasoned ground beef smashed thin over a mound of razor-thin onion, seared until the edges lace and crisp. Topped with melted American cheese, a swipe of mustard-mayo, and pickle, all wrapped in crisp iceberg lettuce leaves instead of a bun.
