Oklahoma Onion Burger (Low-Calorie)
An Oklahoma-style smashed beef patty pressed together with paper-thin onions until the onions caramelise into the crust. Lean ground beef is smashed hard on a dry griddle, topped with a single slice of American cheese, and stacked on a light bun with mustard and pickle. The onions carry most of the flavour.
