BLT

A classic American stacked sandwich of crisp pan-fried back bacon, sliced ripe tomato, and shredded crisp lettuce layered on toasted white bread spread with mayonnaise. Salt and pepper season the tomato. Served cold after the hot bacon rests briefly, giving a smoky, savoury bite against cool, juicy vegetables and creamy dressing.
