Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie

A thick, chilled blend of Greek yogurt and fresh strawberries, lightly sweetened with honey and brightened with lemon juice, in the Italian tradition of frullato di yogurt. Rolled oats add body and fibre; whole milk thins it to drinking consistency. No cooking required.
