Mash the black beans, then combine with the ground turkey, egg white, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper and form one thick patty.

Heat the olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high and cook the patty 5 to 6 minutes per side until the center reaches 165F.

Whisk the Greek yogurt with the Dijon mustard in a small bowl until smooth and the sauce is fully combined.
