Turkey Taco Bowl

Chop the onion, mince the garlic, dice the tomato, slice the avocado, chop the cilantro, and measure the spices into a small bowl.

Saute
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the onion 3 minutes until softened, then add garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the ground turkey over medium-high heat, breaking it up, and cook 6 minutes until no pink remains, then stir in chili powder, cumin, and smoked paprika 1 minute.

Simmer
Stir in the corn and black beans over medium heat 2 minutes until heated through and glossy, then spoon the warm white rice into a bowl.

Plate
Top the rice with spiced turkey, arrange tomato, avocado, cheddar cheese, and salsa around the edges, scatter cilantro, and squeeze the lime over everything.
